About the Speakers

Matt French

Marketing Director, Service-now.com

Matt heads marketing for Service-now.com. He has 14 years of enterprise software marketing, sales, and product strategy experience. Matt has led global product management and marketing teams, owned channel development and sales strategies, and guided company and product marketing. Prior to Service-now.com, Matt drove product line strategy at Oracle, Peregrine Systems, and most recently Symantec and Altiris. Matt has participated in multiple speaking engagements on SaaS, IT service and asset management, security management, and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) throughout the world.

Rhett Glauser

Communications Manager, Service-now.com

Rhett has spent almost a decade talking and writing about the IT management industry. He has been instrumental in helping journalists from publications like the Wall Street Journal, Associated Press, InformationWeek and CIO Magazine understand complex IT management trends and technologies. He interacts every day with industry analysts from Gartner, Forrester and IDC and with IT professionals to foster better understanding of the most pressing issues facing business and technology decision makers today.
